Already in 2009, Andreas created one of Germany's first, strictly regional, fine dining concepts with the esteemed Ole Deele. Shortly after, he was recognised as the youngest Michelin star chef in 2011.
Together with Max Kochen, Andreas created and founded Beets & Roots in 2016 as the first healthy fast casual concepts, with nutritious bowls and a focus on multi-channel sales. The concept has since received several awards with 10 restaurants and over 100 employees.
Beyond his love of cooking, Andreas learned early on to manage the restaurant trade as a profitable business. He is uniquely adept at recognising new technologies and adapting companies accordingly. By imparting this knowledge to his clients and partners, Andreas helps them navigate what is important.
Andreas advises the majority of his customers on all aspects; from restaurant conception, strategy, recipe- and menu development, controlling, interior design, kitchen planning to expansion and more.
